I feel sorry for people like you, who think kindness and compassion and empathy are things reserved only for certain people.

This is not someone getting his just desserts. It's a horrible illness that will cause a lot of pain and suffering to a person before killing them.

If you've ever been through cancer, or know someone who has, and can still laugh at someone for getting it, then I don't know what else to say, except you're a pretty good candidate for people whose life mission is to save souls.
