It's just ridiculous how badly this affects so many people. Like, we evolved too fast the need as modern humans to menstruate to fine tune/select out those shitty symptoms. If it's not crippling pain, it's mood, fatigue, sleep or immune system. Ugh.

LOL, so true.

Yeah, I had a couple of those symptoms-woke up with a headache and felt very fatigued and sleepy and just...drained. Thank goodness I didn't have to work, at least. I do work tomorrow evening for a few hours, but hopefully by then all of this'll have calmed down a little.

Sometimes, though, during these moments, I think about how women centuries ago had to deal with all of this, and it does make me feel a little more thankful that I'm living in this century, at least :p. I have more options to help me feel better.

Natural/traditional medicine is one area which has often excelled in "women's problems", at least.

But yeah, I wish anyone who didn't want to have a baby didn't have to deal with it :/
