Man, the haters are out tonight! Well, not only did I love Legend of Korra, I enjoyed it about a hundred times more than the first series. I hated Aang, and loved basically all the Korra characters. It's an awesome show, OP. And the female characters are all fantastic. You don't need to watch the first series, it's pretty much its own show, though of course it refers back to it. Definitely give it a shot and enjoy! :)
