I don't call it "no big deal" because I'm disputing whether or not your time is valuable. I'm calling it no big deal because maintaining your Pinterest page is not a matter of life or death. It's a fun activity, and like many fun activities, not at all necessary for life.

Also? Acting like having a Pinterest page is soooooooo important is absurd as well.

Actually, for artists who promote themselves via social media including Pinterest, time is money with every platform you add into your networking. Depending on your brand, choosing to credit others who you sprinkle amongst your own work, might be important.

But yeah, it's just a fun thing for most *shrug*
