Favorite: It is pretty much a tie between Steve and Thor.

Least favorite: Uh...maybe Ward? There aren't many I hate. Guess you could add Crossbones to that because something about him makes my skin crawl.

Crossbones is a character I love to hate; he's a great villain and it's entertaining to watch him do vile things only to be stopped and get his butt kicked by the heroes. As soon as anyone romanticizes him, tries to argue that he isn't all that bad, really, or that his deep political beliefs justify his actions, I get skeeved out.

I like him a lot as a villain, but some of his fans really creep me out.

Do people romanticize him in MCU fandom? I assumed you meant comics fandom because he hasn't been in MCU much thus far and people tend to write him as a terrible, evil person, lol.

Granted, I think the only MCU fic I've seen including Crossbones was non-con... I don't know how anyone could justify that.

There's always going to be someone who tries to say, "They aren't so bad!" though. As long as the majority of his fans aren't doing that I'm okay with it.
