Re: Tell me something good going on

This is a bit of a strange one, but I babysat last Sunday and helped my dad take my sisters to kindergarten on Monday, and when we were leaving the youngest hugged my legs, crying and didn't want me to go. While I thought it was hard to leave her while she was crying it was also nice to see that she cares about me, so it sort of made me happy too.

I secretly worry about whether or not the youngest really cares for me as I see her rarely and there's such a large age difference between us (the same thing applies to the older one too, but I know that she cares and I have at least lived with her for some years) so it was nice to see that for at least that one moment she didn't want me to leave. Hell, she even ran past my dad and decided to come to me, so it wasn't just that she didn't want to go to kindergarten that day.

It's strange to say that a toddler crying makes me happy though, hah.

Possibly strange, but children are fascinating on what they decide to do next. I'm sure she'll grow with some affection for you. :-)
