I don't know. I get compliments once and a while, but most the time I feel ugly, and despite having lost a lot of weight I don't care for my body, and despite being told I look young sometimes I feel like I look old.

If I'm leaving the house, I put forth some effort, and sometimes I even think to myself, "Wow, I look cute/pretty today!" but I'm so self-conscious and it doesn't last.
