Nooooooo vanilla coke is the best!! They still have it, but you have to search for it.

It makes the best rum and cokes and also I use it when I bake jack and coke or rum and coke brownies.

Oh man putting it in rum made it worse for me, like it amplified everything I hated about both drinks into a truly awful concoction. Granted I'd probably rather drink Vanilla Coke than Coke Zero, but still, bleh.

Huh, I'd never heard of putting Coke in brownies, I'm trying to imagine what that would taste like.

The recipe is originally based on a Southern recipe for cherry coke chocolate cake and adapted to use rum and coke. You're supposed to just use regular coke but I prefer vanilla coke.

I don't think it adds a significant flavor, the jack is what really contributes.
