Well hello again, paranoid personality disorder.

I missed you so much. *grits teeth*

Turns out PMS makes all of my anxiety-related disorders (GAD, social anxiety, PPD, all diagnosed) worse. I don't bloat, I don't crave chocolate, I don't even cramp, but my emotions blow up. Usually my meds can control them 95% of the time. Right now? Nope. They do enable me to calm down after a while, but they don't stop the panic from surging when I somehow get it into my head that someone who has been savagely bullying my best friend is plotting to do the same to me for being her friend, and then drive up from wherever to come murder me.

I also get ridiculously anxious when I have PMS for pretty much a week, and then depressed for two days before my period starts. It also throws my sleep schedule off which is rough on my body at the moment.

Mine have only been like this since I started having thyroid problems and my hormones went wacky, so you might want to talk to your doctor about investigating what's going on with your hormones around the times you're having issues.

I hope you feel better soon. That really sucks.

Goddamn that sucks, OP.

More sleep, less caffeine, go for a jog or a walk if you can manage it. If none of those things work, then I really am extra sorry because that's some serious bullshit.
