Washing your hands prevent disease, OP! Please do people around you the favour and take, like 10 seconds minimum, to wash your hands with some soap. It's not just bathroom germs you're carrying around you, it's everything your hands have been near since the last time you properly cleaned them.

I use hand sanitizer pretty often, at least!

Hand sanitizer is literally one of the worst things to use. All it does is give rise to superbugs. And it dries out your hands.

Just regular soap (NOT anti-bacterial, unless you've smeared shit all over your hands) and water will do.
