Okay, this is just creepy. I'm usually cool with a lot of shit, but actually having had a relative in the camps, that sort of disturbs me.

I don't want to use the word "appropriation" because that's such a tumblr word, but it feels so disrespectful to people who actually survived these horrors.

DA but maybe to not be told to check their privilege for every little thing they say?
Maybe to not be discriminated or stereotyped against?

Lots of reasons seeing as much of an asshole people on the internet can be towards anyone for any reason.

With the way a lot of places on the internet (especially Tumblr) have a huge hateboner for white people, I don't blame white people who want to avoid admitting online that they're white so they don't get abuse leveled at them over it.
