I'm still confused. I've seen people say they relate to characters but then I see people will see a picture of a fictional character and say, "Don't I look good here?"

Are there are people who legit think they are a character or is it just a role-play thing? I could have sworn one of these people said only people who have psychosis are allowed to have fickin. I'm so confused...

I guess it's the latter?

I could have sworn one of these people said only people who have psychosis are allowed to have fickin.

Honestly, I think one of the hallmarks of bizarre trends like this is the infighting, including arguing over how mental illness relates to their identity.

I used to be friends with someone who said they were the reincarnation of a magical character from another world they wrote into their (unpublished) novels. They also had an imaginary family (partner/kids) they thought they spent time with part time. The cognitive dissonance was unbelievable.

So fickin and the ability to hold amazingly contradictory behaviours/beliefs don't surprise me at all.
