Yeah. It's a really paralyzing train of thought, but sometimes you just can't help but start thinking over it. Especially after really bad days. :(

Bad days are the hardest, they really are. But on the flipside, sometimes someone will tell you something that just makes you warm and fuzzy inside, and hope comes back and things are good, even if just for a little while.
