Hah, Foreman is easily the best looking of the lot! Also, his assholishness make him sort of cool. He and house would be the perfect couple (he's the only one who ever challenges him anyway). XD

He may be an asshole, but that's better and more interesting than being the mindless sheep that Chase and Cameron generally are, with their House-worship.
