how could you not notice someone dressed in a costume like that, seriously

it's not like a vash costume is at all subtle, that would be like saying "oh my god, I can't believe you noticed I dressed like godzilla"

I think it's cause they were able to recognize that it's a Vash coat worn by a person with bleached blonde hair, and not someone in a really weird bright red coat.

I thought it was funny cause the OP obviously didn't know they were sold at Hot Topic, and while the blonde hair does sort of tip the scales, it's entirely possible this person knows nothing about Trigun and just thought the strappy buttony bright red jacket was kind of fun.

Still, Doesnt helps but you as the ginormous nerd who noticed and secretly loathes the person. Have the guts to say it! Be SOMEONE =D

Also, Most people probably didnt noticed... And if they did, They didnt recognized the character.
