I hate hating myself. I'm starting to snap at strangers who don't deserve it and I can get away with doing it to because I'm never going to see them again, like the cashier who told me I was below the credit card minimum (which wasn't posted). As I'm about to do it, I tell myself not to. I think "You don't need to get mad. It's no big deal." And then I do it anyway. And beat myself up immediately after for doing it and not being able to stop myself. I hate myself anyway, so I might as well give myself a reason. But I hate it.

I don't want to sound like a PSA, but it does get better. I spent much of my teens really hating myself and my life. I'd tell you what happened to make me feel differently, but I'm not sure what it was. Just getting older, I think. And moving away from my family because they were really good at putting me down. Anyway, I hope you start feeling better!
