I think you either missed a 1 there on "11th", or someone needs to inform you that "oneth" isn't a word in standard English.

But yeah, I share your lack of enthusiasm for the show, even if for different reasons. I wish I could care about this series, but the last Matt Smith series was already hard enough to sit through. Now I've loved Peter Capaldi in everything I've ever seen him in, but not even an actor I like is going to get me to sit through another series of bullshit stories and character moments that just don't work. Couldn't even watch Capaldi's first series. Not starting now.

I thought I would feel this way because 11 is my Doctor too. But I love 12 a lot and he's quickly become my second favorite Doctor.

Couldn't read the whole secret but I'm not feeling the show anymore. I'm about three (maybe four?) episodes behind and I'm not sure if I care about catching up. I can't even point to any one thing that's making me feel this way, it's just a general lack of enthusiasm.

Protip on making more legible secrets:

www.picfont.com - upload your pic, choose a font, and then click the drop down menu thingy that says "no effect" and set for "outline thin". Then you can adjust the colors of either the font or the outline, or both so that it shows up against any background image.

www.picmonkey.com - Choose "collage" option from the main page and then you can upload your pic. The default layout is fine, just rotate one turn clockwise, drag and drop your photo into the top box, choose whatever color you want for the rest, and resize accordingly. Then you can click "Edit" at the top and add text.

I always thought 10 was my doctor, so when he left I got pretty upset. Then half a season later, I discovered 11 was my one true doctor! I was the same as you, looking forward to every new episode so much, and I can easily rewatch every single episode of his 10 times. Amy and Rory are my favorite companions, I even love River too.

Last season I was pretty eh and dissappointed with 12. Personally I think his personality is leaning too much to a Sherlock copy. But somehow this season he grew on me, his sudden act of being 'cool' and a bit more playful and silly is catching on with me, and I really enjoy doctor who again!

What I try to say is, even if 11 is still my favorite, I managed to get over the grieving period and I think you will too if you stick in there. <3 Besides, since the doctor is a time traveller, 11 is still out there somewhere having adventures! And that's a nice thought.

Then you and I are opposite, OP. I stopped watching because of Amy and River, and have yet to watch the rest of 11's series. I started with 9, 10 was my Doctor, and 11 was... Okay. 12 is AMAZING, though.
