If you want to read a Native American man/White woman romance without racism and with pretty good sex scenes, try "Rebel" from Zoe Archer. It's part of her paranormal historical Blades of the Rose series.

"Stranger", from the same series, is also good for people looking for non-problematic romance between a White woman and a Black man.

Goddamn!, a "non-problematic" romance sounds boring. Hurdles is like the whole point! (Yes, I'm purposely obtuse. But still!)

I assume they mean lack of racism, "savage" stereotypes, fetishization of white women, and so on, not lack of "hurdles" if that means obstacles to the two characters getting together.
