Off the top of my head, Sunnydale from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. So many ways to get "attacked by coyotes," and if you're not the Slayer or her friend, there's zilch you can do to protect yourself.

Anywhere during the First Age or Second Age in Middle Earth. Gondolin or Eregion would have been particularly bad. You'd get to live happy for a while, but the end would be horrific.

Night Vale is a nightmare and would most likely get to you killed quickly, especially if you're an intern. DO NOT INTERN AT THE RADIO STATION.

And Beacon Hills, like...how is anyone even left in Beacon Hills? It's insane. Everyone should just abandon that fucking town because it is a disaster.

Gotham too, obviously.
