Re: Things you just don't understand why people like
(Anonymous) 2015-10-23 12:51 am (UTC)(link)Haha, this :D. My sentiments exactly. Unless there's some serious, life-threatening emergency that gives me no choice but to jump, if I'm up high in or on anything-a plane, a bridge, a building-I have every intention of staying there.
I don't mind rollercoasters, but I absolutely REFUSE to ever go on one that has upside-down loops. I'm just always terrified that it'd be my luck I'd be on a rollercoaster that got stuck on one of those, and that is not an appealing thought to me.

(Anonymous) 2015-10-23 01:00 am (UTC)(link)Agreed on roller coasters. I think I like them because I enjoy the "free" feeling of going so fast. Not really any adrenaline reasons, but I can close my eyes and really like the sensation. But when they try to scare you with weird loops, upside downs, and pauses right before the first big fall, I'm pretty much NOPE.

(Anonymous) 2015-10-23 03:37 am (UTC)(link)But oh, the pauses before the fall...I was on a log ride once that had a final drop that I could swear was nearly at a sharp 90 degree angle, and I don't think I let go of the bars the whole way down. I felt like I left my actual stomach itself on that ride afterward, LOL.
