Personally I don't GET being really into feet, but I don't see why it's considered particularly creepy or "EWWW NO NEVER"

Eh so someone likes feet.....what's the big deal? They seem like a random part of the body either way?

Haha I realize one of those things was not like the other, I was just being silly. Though irl "foot fetish" people definitely do have a horrible reputation. We have one particularly infamous foot fetish guy in our community who goes to all sorts of community events without shoes, and will ask to massage your feet and stuff... super creepy. But I suppose there's nothing inherently wrong with having a thing for feet, I just can't comprehend why one would.
