Not even Shirazu? D: He's awesome~
I'm not a huge fan of all of them. Urie is annoying as hell and I only like Saiko when she's in a fight. Mitsuki is great when he's focused on but kind of blah as an ensemble character.
Ultimately, it's like the first manga. I think there's something for everyone, but they might not be part of the main group at the time. I wasn't a big fan of many people in the Anti-Aogiri group either. I didn't even like Shuu until RE came around, so the change in feelings were surprising.

op here
Shirazu is in fact growing on me. I'm curious where the manga's going to take his character in the future. The last few chapters really started to give him some more depth, I hope that's going to continue.
I mean, it's not like I want to dislike Team Sasaki. If their characters are going to develop into an interesting direction that's fine by me.

My issue with Tokyo Ghoul, which is why I stopped reading the manga really, is that he keeps on giving Kaneki personality transplants, and I got sick of it. But I definitely found it difficult to relate to Sasaki's team, I was just so done with everything.

They're finally going into the conflicts between those who were on Kaneki's side before and how it is seeing him now. The biggest pain I find is that Tokyo Ghoul usually had a huge bluuuurg of updates, with only the chapters toward the end being a week by week basis, so I'm used to reading the story as a whole. The week by week waiting makes it tiring.
