I love them in and of themselves. (Although they are difficult to work tertiaries in with.) However, I think it will be really impossible to breed nice looking hatchlings with them unless I go for a miniscule range, which bores me. So I don't know how much I'll use them.

I'm a fan of smaller ranges in general, but I actually think these new genes spice up smaller ranges. They look so amazing on my triple azure pair.

I don't necessarily agree. Like I have a double white who I think looks fantastic with it, but I can't even breed her with a double maize (also looks fantastic) or double ice (again, fantastic) because the white/ice or maize/white or whatever combination that is not a double all look awful. And that is a tiny range! I don't want to solely breed white/white with white/white as that is really boring to me. But some of my dragons really do look nice with it. I'm thinking I might gene up a pair that looks nice and then resign myself to just producing fodder offspring. Or maybe never actually breeding them. IDK.

That was me. It said I was signed it. Why did that go anonymous?

Hmmm. I guess I just really like doubles and triples, so I'll tend to breed either triple pairs or a double pair with the same double color but different third color. I like the way it looks, and they seem to sell better than dragons with three different colors.

The pairs I have that have wider ranges never sell so I always end up using their hatchlings for fodder.
