Haha, the death by plastic chair one is so bizarre, though admittedly Who is pretty bizarre in general sometimes, even recent Who. I like his look, though; he's very, like I said, devilish and sinister but classy!

The rat puppets were hilarious. The effects remind me of Star trek: TOS; bad, but kind of endearingly so.

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, the special effects are best described as 'endearing' - of course, Who only had a fraction of TOS' budget, so they were basically doing what they could with bubblewrap, string, etc...
