Or do you only like Sam and Dean being sexual with each other when Cas is also involved?

That's kind of how I am except in regards to the Dean/Cas aspect of the threesome. I've never had any interest in Destiel by itself (which is also a difficult aspect of being a Wincestiel shipper because a lot of Wincestiel fics include Sam as an afterthought and have the focus be on Dean and Cas and I'm not big on that) but I enjoy it in the context of a threesome
