Yea, that IS a good point. They shouldn't feel obligated to keep it by any means, but I understand why people want to share and I also understand why the actor or creator themselves might want to keep it; it can be flattering and touching to know that someone has been moved that much by what you've made, and having something like that to keep as a memento would be pretty cool.

But for anyone involved in something like Star Wars or Star Trek, I can imagine it would be next to impossible to keep everything. You'd probably have to give it to someone or just flat out decline at some point because if you kept it all your place would be overflowing with fanworks, lol.
