Any recs on cooking subs? Are there any good ones where it's not just "I have a cooking blog and am submitting my posts here"?

Not the anon you were responding to, and I can't provide specific cooking subs, but I can suggest this: r/cooking (which itself is pretty good) has on the right side of the page a few links to other subs. r/food which while is mostly look at my pretty picture of a food, also has on the right side a a big list of food subreddits. You might find one that you like!

I find r/askculinary to be pretty good for cooking discussion
