Statutory rape, rape by deception, and coercive rape are three different things lumped together by the law and by the language. If we can distinguish between manslaughter, murder, and negligent homicide in the law, we should be able to distinguish between these three things.

There are some cases where it's unclear whether it's rape by deception or rape by coercion, but not all rapes are the same.
