Re: FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE 2015 MLB SEASON

The Giants were, honestly, better than I expected, given that it was an odd year. The offense was frankly really impressive and it's kind of amazing that we have probably 6 or 7 positions solidly locked down for next year, mostly with homegrown players. The pitching... the pitching was not so fantastic, but nothing's perfect.

Biggest surprise goes jointly to Matt Duffy (3B) and Joe Panik (2B) - I really didn't expect very much at all from either of them but they were really solid, both defensively and at the plate. And I think they'll both be at least decent going forward and it's a huge luxury to have those positions figured out.

The single biggest moment of the season was every single time Madison Bumgarner hit a home run <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 Madbum

Biggest question going forward is if they can get a strong starting pitcher to support Bumgarner and maybe a decent OF and they'll be in a really strong position for next year.

as for the World Series, let's go Mets!!!!
