The anon above you described it accurately, I think. People have the right to their character interpretations but I don't think his feelings are handled badly, I never got the sense that she was a "reward" for Fitz. (And there's more I could say, but it would be spoilers for the current season.)

Well that's definitely better than having it set up with a "Fitz gets the girl in the end!" scenario. I can't say I mind the idea of them getting together, as much as I appreciate the rare M/F friendship, just because friends-to-lovers is one of my favorite tropes if done well.

Thanks for not spoiling! I will catch up on this eventually! Once I figure out how. I may just have to cave and get Netflix.
