When I was 12ish, I used to sit in the attic of our countryside house and howl at the moon like a wolf. And I don't mean, like, softly howl to myself. I mean HOWL. My relatives were not amused.

I used to do that on my stoop...the full on howl would be inside the house, but a light howl when outside at night.

my neighbors' kid does that, but he's a lot younger than 12.
