It depends on how fast I want to get off. If I just want to reach orgasm quickly a porn movie can get me there in a matter of minutes, but it's not really that fulfilling. Especially if it's a bit rough.

If I want to get a real good buildup and an A+ orgasm I usually get something written. Usually fanfiction as I find that to be much better written a lot of the time than original erotica. Also 1000x easier to find my kinks. I don't really care about the fandom then, and it's more about my kinks than anything else.

I won't touch extreme underage fic (underage if 16+ is ok in my eyes as 16 is age of consent where I am) and I have issues reading RPS if the people have uncommon names (like Jensen/Jared. That just makes me think of them and I don't want that. Hiddlesworth on the other hand is fine as Chris and Tom are common names)

Are there actually different kinds of orgasms? They all feel the same to me no matter how long it takes, so I tend to go for whatever will get me there the quickest.

I would imagine that's an individual thing, but a lot of people do report having different qualitative experiences per orgasm.

Mine can be. If I'm trying to get off quick cause I just have an itch to scratch, I'll pull up some silly, but hot, animated gifs I've found from the WoW fandom and I can get myself off fast, but the orgasm is short. Feels good, but only lasts less than a minute.

With my partner, with proper fore play, friction, and if we play around and draw out the play time, I can have a big, long orgasm that leaves me twitchy and so very suddenly sleepy. That's really interesting. I've never had an orgasm I'd consider bad. Mine have always lasted about the same and leave me feeling just as good. But I've also not had a partner, so maybe it will be different when I do?
