men's problems are important and, in fact, are mostly due in large part by oppressive and harmful situations pressed upon them by other men, i.e., patriarchy. that is not the end of the conversation. it IS a notification that historically, men have had a greater portion of the conversation. it does not mean they are forgotten, it means that there are a whole lot of issues to address.

this is not ignored by most general feminists that have read a few blogs outside tumblr.
