It might be normal for their style and just not jiving with yours. You need to shop around to get a therapist that works for you, and this one might just not be it.

Yeah... unfortunately I have to stick with this therapist because going to another probably means I'd have to pay for the sessions. If it's just her style though and she actually gets to the helping part eventually I guess I'll manage.
