Yes. They're figuring out your inner workings so they can best help you. Some people are easy, some people aren't. But just because they haven't produced a magical cure yet or started doing whatever you think they should be doing... Doesn't mean they're not working for you.

It sounds more like you're afraid to be more open than you have been and are probably looking for a reason not to continue going. Mental illness can do that to you--convince you that it's not THAT bad.
