OP, honestly? Your therapist has worked with countless other people, and at the moment, probably has a full schedule of clients. And many are actually unstable. And I don't mean they have low self esteem, deal with anxiety in unhealthy ways and are generally depressed. I used to work in the psych field and I can assure that lots of people who use mental health services have severe issues. It's like going to the doctor because you have the flu vs going because you have a tumor and half your body is paralyzed. Your therapist is not going to "judge" their clients that are more, well, "normal". I worked with clients who were developmentally delayed, low IQ, schizophrenic, had severe personality disorders (which made them dangerous). A normal work day for me was keeping one client from masturbating in public and not sneaking to the dumpster to steal used women's tampons, or keeping sharp objects from clients and making sure they don't destroy the furniture and walls, or not otherwise getting physically aggressive with either other clients or staff, or peeing on the floor when they're throwing a tantrum.

Unless you're doing any of the above, I hate to say it but you just aren't that "special". Your therapist, if they've had any experience at all in the mental health field, is not judging you. I know it's easy to feel that way, but it's their job, they've almost certainly had tons of experiences in the field to even get their license. Chances are, you're a lot more "normal" than you think.
