Have you ever played Loaded Questions? Basically, you read out a personal question that everyone but you answers, they write their answers down anonymously, and you have to guess who wrote what. It's equally great as an ice-breaker with strangers and with people you know well.

(The questions are personal as in "If you could turn into any animal at will, what would it be?", not personal as in sexual or painfully self-exposing.)
