Do the cards all come from one provided deck? Or is it like Magic the Gathering where people need to build their own decks?

You have a set number of cards in the deck. You can mix decks. You select 10 types of cards per game, which you choose randomly (or non-randomly) from which people can draw during their turn (you buy them with money, money is also given by cards)

You technically do "build" a deck, but the difference with magic is you build it while you're playing, from the cards available. So there is no prep time and there are no fancy expensive cards, or cards that give certain players and advantage.
