I don't get to play it nearly often enough, but I like "Wise and Otherwise". Basically, you get half an obscure saying, then everyone writes down what they think the other half of the saying is.

Example; The card might be "A Rolling Stone...", and the players would fill in things like "Is always lonely", "Can cause an avalanche", or, if the player has a sense of humor, "Plays guitar".

Then the person who's "it" reads out the various answers, and everyone guesses what the real answer is. If you guess the right answer, you move forward two spaces. If someone guesses your answer, you move forward a space.

It's a simple game, but it can be really creative.

Same anon;

Sadly, I haven't gotten a chance to play it very often, so I can't answer that. I guess it also depends if you're playing it with the same people all the time, and how long between playthroughs. If you wait long enough, you might forget a lot of the quotes and it will all seem fresh again!
