There might be something like that around my area but I can't say I can think of any offhand. The problem being that I live in a fairly small city. I wish I didn't need to worry about this but it looks like I soon will.

Anything with a strong online base like say http://www.asuitthatfits.com/shop/index.php ?

They'll be able to help you out, and it'll just be a matter of making whatever trip you need a couple times to get the fit right.

Also make sure you get a couple decent ties and belts, something just on the right side of being noticeable without drawing all the attention. And shiny as fuck shoes are always a good shout.
