That's like saying "Women don't have penises, so trying to say it is hypocritical to eat them and not men is just stupid."
Where is this intrinsic value in certain body parts that makes it ethical to eat or not eat? I don't see it. "Oh, oh brain! That makes you special, you are exempt from X." You have a kneejerk, "That has value!" reaction to brain-holding, and you assume that it must be objectively correct and accurate.
"That's just stupid" is a rather poor argument, by the way. You complain about these "stupid arguments" people make against vegetarianism, and yet your pièce de résistance is "that's stupid"?
And there are other good arguments like the way animals slaughtered are treated
That's not an argument against eating meat, that's an argument against treating animals a certain way. You don't seem to have a very good grasp on what makes something a good or "stupid" argument.
