I teach at small liberals arts college, and I have to bite my tongue and not scream when one of my older colleagues says, "These kids don't know anything because they're all on their cell phones!" or my recent favorite, "If you took the internet away from them, they wouldn't know what to do."

I tend not to over-react when I see students working in ways I didn't (like writing an essay on their phones), but some professors make it their hobby to decide that millennials are worthless. They seem to have forgotten that "Adapt, Adopt, and Improve" is good advice.
