I, a grown woman, too, fell off the one step up from the garage to the house yesterday. I've been really liking the painkillers the doc gave me (it's just Tylenol 3, but, wow, it is really, really nice).

I hope your back feels better soon!

I have Vicodin prescribed for migraines. I gave in and took one because I was in so much pain I couldn't move. If it is still bad tomorrow I'll call my doc, but I just want to get some sleep tonight.
