I can't speak for other straight people, but I'm straight, and I don't find the idea revolting, no.

Like the person above you, I've noted women's attractiveness, and I've had "girl crushes", as they're often called. And I too am completely supportive of lesbian/bi relationships and all that good stuff.

In my case, it basically comes down to the fact that I just can't see myself in a relationship with a woman, just can't see myself marrying one and spending my life with them. Nor do I feel the kind of sexual attraction to them that I feel for men.

And yet, I know some people discover newfound aspects to their sexuality as they get older, so in some ways, I hesitate to say "never say never", too, you know? I feel pretty secure in my sexuality, but still, a brief part of me wonders about it every so often anyway, so...who knows.
