"The Sinking Ship" in Indianapolis (north side location). There are mostly craft beers (I don't drink) and I went to lunch shortly after it opened for the day so I was the only one there. I've been on a kick to try to find the best grilled cheese sandwiches in town (because the best one can only be found at the State Fair which is once a year). Instead of a grilled cheese I went for a BLT with mozzarella. It was interesting because the cheese was cold with the hot bacon and bread. Ordered a side of star tots which are just like tator tots but in the shape of stars. They were fine.

When I still ate meat one of my favorite things to do was put cheddar on a BLT, so that sounds like it could be really good.
