Biggest Moments of Fridge Logic

Fridge Logic; that phenomena where as you're watching a show (movie, book, etc) everything tracks fine and you're into the story and it's all good...until a few hours later, when you're opening the fridge to grab a snack and suddenly go "WAIT A SECOND...that actually made no sense!"

Happens to the best of us and the worse of shows. Gimme some examples!

For example: S2 of Arrow, mercenaries are on the island looking for a specific boulder in a picture. Slade sees the pic, knows the exact spot ("You be in this place as long as me and there's not an inch of this island you won't recognize!). They find some stuff that eventually leads them to coordinates where they find...a huge lake that connects to the sea with a japanese submarine floating in it. Cool! Happens in flashbacks over several episodes, so I didn't get it at first...but seriously? Slade recognized that one rock but never noticed or looked into a freakin' nuclear submarine in a honkin' great lake? Ahhh! *slams fridge door*

Well, I presume the submarine was not a permanent fixture.

The original Poltergeist movie. Fabulous movie, and it took me years to figure out if 'they moved the headstones, but they didn't move the cemetery'... I mean, do none of those houses have basements? Maybe they don't - but sewer lines? Was that the first swimming pool anyone ever dug up?

It's a little thing, but it does makes me smirk when I watch the movie now.
