I do blame the costume makers personally! They don't sell people what they want or they'd give girls more movies where they get to be the heroes instead of the cardboard cutout. I don't think costume makers are any different. A bunch of asshole dudebros who have their heads up their ass. And it's this close to criminal when aimed at kids, if you ask me. Yes, please, let's sexualize little girls even more in this culture. It's so fucking twisted.

Well that's off my chest for the year. :-o

And the parents can choose not to buy those costume and get either a more age-appropriate one (yes! they do exist) or maybe even make a costume.

They don't even have to know how to sew. Just some creative combinations of clothes can make some great costumes.
