I have this ficlet series where two characters are angsting about the fact that both of them risked their lives and for a while thought each other dead. To be sure, they risked their lives for a good purpose, but this shit turned out to be so painful they're no longer sure it was worth it. And they kind of never talked about it and aren't over it.

I'm just wondering how the hell I'm going to resolve this situation :D
