When I was ten-ish it was The Adventures of Shirley Holmes.

By twelve-ish it was Breaker High and Student Bodies. I still get the super cheesy Breaker High theme song stuck in my head everytime I think about it. NA NA NANANA HEY HEY!

Were these all exclusive to Canada, or no? I remember they all aired on a Canadian network, but I don't know if they were just being scooped from another US network or what. *goes to Google it*
