I'm pretty similar, I think. I crush on fictional characters, to a degree. When they're not on screen I want them to be on screen, I'm super riveted to anything they have to say, and I get that kind of tight-stomach feeling of "Look at theeemmm, aren't they wonderful? Look how gorgeous and cool and smart and hot they arrreee!"

But at the same time I've never actually wanted to have sex (or date, or snog) a fictional character.

But then there are characters I ship - sometimes they're the same characters I have a "crush" on myself, and sometimes they're different characters. But my feelings are WAY stronger for my OTP (it can definitely feel like falling in/being in love), and I do enjoy thinking of my OTP together, whether in a sweet PG-rated way, or a filthy hot extremely E-rated way.

Yeah! I don't really read or write porn, but other than that, I'm pretty similar to that! I get happy feels to see them on screen, love imagining them with their LI, want to see more of them, etc.
